TAP lab sign in form privacy

We have always required people to sign in when visiting TAP lab, we just used to do it on paper instead. The online sign in form replaces that. Here’s what we do with the information you provide:

Contact tracing for COVID-19: If requested we will supply the relevant date range of visitor’s contact details to the MoH for contact tracing purposes.

Personal info: Your full name and contact details are stored on a drive that can only be accessed by members of the executive committee. If something serious were to occur and it was agreed by the executive committee we needed to access them we would do so. An example of this could be if you were witness to an accusation of serious misconduct or if there had been a health and safety concern while you were there.

Non-personal info: For planning and reporting purposes we collect how many people have been attending TAP lab and for what events. We also collect if you are a TAP lab member or not. We don’t use any personal details for this.

Your first name and the additional names field: To make it easier for the person running workshops to tell if everyone has signed in we intend to make first names and anything added into the ‘Additional names’ section visible to them for that day. This is a future enhancement that hasn’t been included yet.
